Recommendation

That all three readings be given to Bylaw C-717-09 - Repealing Bylaw for Development Authority Bylaw C-480-03.

Purpose

Earlier this year, Council approved a revised Development Authority Bylaw C-701-09. At that time the previous bylaw was repealed. Unfortunately the repealed Bylaw (C-271-95) was not the most recent version, and Council is now being asked to repeal Bylaw C-480-03 in order to remedy this administrative error.
