Options/Alternatives
Not applicable.
Consultation/Engagement
The opportunity to make a submission for consideration in the corporate plan was advertised in the newspaper, through social media, on the reader boards, and the City's website.
Implementation/Communication
All corporate plan submissions will be considered and prioritized as part of the City's annual corporate planning process, which begins in January and continues until September.

All public submissions, along with Administration's recommendations, will be presented to Council in November for final review and approval. The end result will be the 2020-2022 Corporate Plan, which is the City's principal guiding document for governance, community development and service delivery and outlines our plans and projects for the next three years.

Once Spruce Grove City Council has formally adopted the 2020-2022 Corporate Plan, residents, groups, and organizations who made a submission will be advised in writing of the status of their request.
Impacts
Public submissions to the corporate plan may contribute to a strategic goal depending on the content of the submission.
